Rola organizacji pozarządowych w Polsce w zaspokajaniu potrzeb społecznych

Abstract
The paper concerns the Polish non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The aim of the research was to evaluate NGOs’ role in satisfying social needs. The author also discusses the topics of why NGOs are founded, the legal circumstances of their establishment and operating, as well as how social needs in Poland are met by NGOs. In order to achieve the aim of the research, a literature study and a statistic data analysis have been conducted. Moreover, the author also used information posted on chosen NGOs websites.
