Abstract
Artykuł poświęcony został badaniu roli Prokuratury Ukrainy w krajowym systemie przeciwdziałania terroryzmowi. W artykule autor podjął próbę analizy ustawodawstwa Ukrainy w zakresie aktualnych (wg stanu dzień 30.09.2018r.) narzędzi prawnych do przeciwdziałania terroryzmowi m.in. Konstytucji Ukrainy, Ustawy o prokuratorze Ukrainy, Ustawy o bezpieczeństwie narodowym Ukrainy oraz Ustawy o zwalczaniu terroryzmowi.<br/><br/>
