Role of Home Blood Pressure Monitoring in Overcoming Therapeutic Inertia and Improving Hypertension Control in Mexico

Abstract

Hypertension remains the most common modifiable cardiovascular risk factor, however, control of hypertension rates remain dismal. Home blood pressure (BP) monitoring has the potential to improve the control of hypertension. Home BP monitoring is now defended evenly for the evaluation and management of hypertension.
