ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROCESSES ON RURAL AREAS

Abstract
The article investigates the influence of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises on the development of rural areas. The main directions of organization and legal forms of agricultural enterprises, aimed at improving social and economic processes in the countryside, has been described. It has been proved that agricultural enterprises play an important role in social and economic processes in rural areas. It is advisable to create agricultural servicing cooperatives in settlements in order to improve the functioning of social infrastructure of rural areas. The main directions of investments into agricultural enterprises has been indicated.
