Role of TPM strategies in Manufacturing Industry of Punjab-An Empirical Investigation

Abstract
TPM is a management approach that focused on maintenance activities through incremental changes. The aim of this study is to assess the performance of TPM strategies through continuous improvement and systematic planning. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 24 software has been used to analyze the questionnaire filled by 23 manufacturing Industry of Punjab. Continuous improvement of system processes plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of maintenance strategies towards performance improvement. Productivity is significantly improved by continuous improvement of maintenance strategies in the organizations. Mobile maintenance is the significant maintenance strategy for improving manufacturing performance.
