ROLE OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article suggests a study of the impact of the activities of transnational corpo¬rations on the economic and social development of the country in which it is located. The concept of transnationalization of the economy is defined and the main directions in which TNCs influence the situation in the state on the basis of actual statistical data are revealed. Trends in changes in the volume of foreign direct investment in the Ukrainian economy are shown and information is provided on the state of the corruption component.
