Aim: retrospective cohort study with follow-up of 3 years for all patients. Results: In Outpatient Department in 2010 there were examined 3012 patients treated of head and neck cancer. The biggest group comprised patients with larynx and oral cavity cancer. During routine ENT examination 70% of recurrences was detected.
