Abstract
A new approach to the procedure for the identification and hazard assessment, which will minimize the probability of accidents, injuries, occupational hazards and, consequently, increase the stability of the performance of production functions is given. The designed method is useful in the development of mathematical and CAD software. Results of the research conducted might be used by implementing the recommendations proposed in the mining industry, as well as in other fields of the sectors. The designed algorithm, in contrast to those existing, the index of dangerous and harmful factors is introduced, and the stage of the risk assessment is structured, which will make it possible to improveaccuracy of determining the level of occupational hazards.
