Abstract
The main modern tendencies of domestic milkmarlet development and its influence on efficiency of production in agricultural enterprises are analyzed. The results of complex investigations of national and world market of milk and dairy products are lighted up. The main tendencies and priorities of this market development are identified. The analysis of domestic market of milk and dairy products on an example of Vovchanski district of Kharkiw region is made. It is indicated on critical state of this sphere of economy. On basis of investigation results the main ways of production and milk market functioning efficiency are offered.
