Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано особливе значення налагодження соціального діалогу для вирішення питань фінансування та розвитку найманих працівників організацій. Розглянуто наявні форми взаємодії соціальних партнерів у зарубіжних країнах. Виокремлено позитивний зарубіжний досвід впливу соціального діалогу у сфері розвитку персоналу, який може бути використано в Україні.
