Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the countries’ development in terms of the phenomena of economy, demography, labour force, environment, gender and social life etc. Nowadays, rural development fact has acquired an international dimension by going beyond local agendas. In this point, every country has performed different practices for their rural development. For the cultural and geographic position have played an important role at this point. Rural development fact has not been able to be ignored having an important place in the economy of countries. The development of rural areas in every sense is one of the important socio-economic indicators of countries. Therefore, it is especially important to remark sustainable development fact. Yet sustainable development is, not only for today but also for the future’s high development, quite a significant fact. This study has investigated the development level of rural areas in the sociological platforms of rural-gender, rural-politics, rural-education and rural-civil society.
