SATIN ALMA YÖNETİMİNİN SANAYİ ÜRETİMİNDE YERLİ ve MİLLİ ÜRETİME ETKİSİ

Abstract

In Turkey, efforts are made to increase the rate of domesticity in the production of industrial products by using domestic and national resources to create the final product. It is encouraged to use domestic and national opportunities and to increase the rate of domesticity in industrial and commercial products produced by public and private affiliates operating in the country, especially in the defense industry. Accordingly, on October 3, 2018, There is also a decision taken by the T.R. Ministry of Commerce to use the "Domestic production logo" on labels, tariffs and price lists. The impact of the decisions taken by the enterprises in purchasing management is important in the development of domestic and national production and in increasing the rate of domestic and national production of the final products. It can be stated that meeting the intermediate goods and services purchased by enterprises in order to produce final products from within the borders of the country can increase the rate of domestic and national production. In this direction, it will be necessary to determine the rate of use of domestic and national facilities in the purchasing management decisions of industrial and commercial organizations operating in Turkey. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the level of use of these opportunities by the enterprises that produce within the borders of Turkey and use the domestic and national possibilities of production in the sector. The aim of this research is to examine the contribution of the production in this sector to domestic and national production by conducting semistructured interviews with the purchasing managers of the companies operating in the manufacturing sector operating in Eskişehir. In parallel with the market shares of the enterprises interviewed within the scope of the research, the rate of domestic and national production in this sector will be determined and suggestions will be put forward to increase this rate.
