Abstract
The article investigated the methods of complex analysis of the financial condition of the company and the development of a scientific and methodological approach for a complex quantitative assessment of the financial and economic risks of the fat-and-oil industry enterprises of Ukraine based on standards. A scientifically-methodical approach to the complex quantitative assessment of the financial and economic risks of the the fat-and-oil industry enterprises of Ukraine on the basis of standards has been developed, which including its own list of financial and economic ratios for analyzing the risks of the enterprises of the oil-and-fat industry, their calculation methods and standard values; the results of the calculation of 24 financial ratios characterizing the activities of eleven enterprises of the fat-and-oil industry of Ukraine for the period from 2012 to 2017. The directions of further scientific research are the application of the frequency approach to risk analysis of the studied population of fat-and-oil industry enterprises in order to obtain integral risk assessments.
