SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS F DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL¬IZATION PROCESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the management professionalization process in Ukraine. The necessity of managerial staff professionalization, which is the scarcest resource of modern reformation in Ukrainian economy, is substantiated. Some structural elements of the mechanism of management activity professionalization introduction in Ukraine are researched. The role of universities in the development of the management education system is shown and the risk factors of this activity are investigated, which cause the processes of management activity professionalization inhibition in Ukraine.
