SCIENTIFIC-METHODOLOGICAL PROMOTION OF MORPHOSTRUCTURAL AND NEOTECTONIC STUDIES IN THE REGIONS WHERE MINERALS DEPOSITS ARE PLACED
Journal Title: Український географічний журнал - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue
Abstract
Taking into according native and foreign experience the goal and task of special morphostructural-neotectonic investigations, directed to the solution of reconnaissance-forecasting tasks in the regions with different neogeodynamic regimes and situations in the boundaries of Ukraine’s territory have been determined. Rational complexes of methods of reconnaissance-forecasting morphostructural and neotectonic studies for the regions of endogenous mineralization, expansion of placer deposits and oil- and gas-bearing provinces have been substantiated. Research methods will be systematized with assessment of the effectiveness of their application for revealing of direct and indirect geomorphological and neotectonic signs of spatial organization of minerals deposits of different types, and differentiation of neotectonic regimes and situations, which control their formation and transformation.
