SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL OF PHARMACEUTICAL MARKET OF UKRAINE IN SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC PROSPECTS OF HIS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article proves the importance of good scientific potential of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine in the strategic priorities of its development. Formulated a definition of the scientific potential of the pharmaceutical market as its optimum ability to produce innovative products provide its sales and consumption. It is proved that these products must meet the criteria of social responsibility and serve as a significant determinant of the quality improvement of public health. Revealed synergism use of scientific and market potential, which should focus on optimizing innovative, social, economic and ekohomolohichnyh effects. Specified conditions of positive naslidkovosti of the academic potential of the pharmaceutical market, which requires appropriate personnel, logistical and institutional support. In terms of improving institutional support domestic pharmaceutical market reasonably necessary to create clusters and pharmaceutical targeting of industry in some sinter formations. Advantages of sinter formations based pharmaceutical production, including small and medium-sized cities as monocentric nuclei agglomerations, rural and other surrounding areas.
