SCIENTIFIC&METHODICAL PRINCIPLES OF THE ENVIRONMENTALLY ORIENTED ZONING OF URBANIZED TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article contains a detailed analysis of the existing regulatory and legal basis for municipal zoning in Ukraine. Deficiency of the account of an ecological aspect at a stage of zoning of the urbanized territories is defined. The presented ecologically oriented approach to delineation, protection and selection of priority ways of using the spatial and territorial resource of recreational lands within the urbanized space. The basic principles of ecologically oriented zoning of municipal objects have been formed.
