Abstract
Archives of Hellenic Medicine 2004, 21(1):45–50 Sclerosing hemangioma is a rare benign lung tumor. Two cases are presented of adult females with sclerosing hemangioma, of interest due to the specific clinical, radiological, histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.
