Searching for Effective Leadership Style in European Schools

Abstract
Leaders of autonomous and flexible organizations will need to be highly qualified to lead, and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead, before they are given the honor and power to shape the lives of many. Regarding the results LISA(Leadership Improvement for Students Achievements) project showed that the difference between the educational systems of countries are not as important as we thought they would be. The context of a school is far more important for the leadership style that a school leader needs.
