SECURITY OF INTERNATIONAL SECURITY BY INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The global changes that took place during the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries put the problem of the formation, organization and operation of international security systems in the forefront. Today, the globalization of these systems is observed, which stimulates the growth of cooperation and interdependence of states. The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed description and analysis of the effectiveness of international legal means of ensuring international security on the basis of research by well-known theorists and law scholars, applying the existing world practice.
