ŞƏKƏRLİ DİABETİN PATOGENEZİNDƏ ŞAXƏLİ AMİN TURŞULARININ ƏHƏMİYYƏTİ

Abstract
Xülasə Hal-hazırda şəkərli diabet (ŞD) endokrin sistemi xəstəlikləri işərisində geniş yayılmasına, müxtəlif orqan və toxumalarda yaratdığı kliniki fəsadların ağırlıq dərəcəsinə görə aktual tibbi-sosial problem olaraq qalır. ŞD zamanı aminturşuların, xüsusilə də yan zənciri şaxəli olan aminturşuların metabolizmində ciddi dəyişikliklər baş verir. ŞD xəstələrində aminturşu metabolizminin xüsusiyyətlərinin öyrənilməsi məqsədilə eksperimental şəkərli diabet modeli yaradılmış 9 dovşanın qan plazmasında leysin, izoleysin və valin aminturşularının konsenrasiyası analiz edilmişdir. Dovşanlarda ŞD yaratmaq üçün alloksan-tetrahidrat nembutal (“Merk”) narkoz yolu ilə damar daxilinə yeridilmişdir. Alınan nəticələr göstərdi ki, leysinin, izoleysinin və valinin konsentrasiyası, müvafiq olaraq 55,2% (p<0,001), 32,9% (p=0,045) və 51,2% (p<0,001) kontrola nisbətən statistik əhəmiyyətli artmışdır.
