Selection and methods of reducing business risks in the activity of the enterprise for behind score of the optimum organizational structure

Abstract
The article considers the essence of organizational structures most used by enterprises, and also presents the main provisions and peculiarities in their use. Also, the article presents the classification of risks that arise in enterprises and suggests ways to reduce them while also taking into account the optimal organizational structure.
