SEPARACIJA OTPADNIH TISKANIH PLOČICA U ELEKTROSTATIČKOM SEPARATORU

Abstract
Tiskane pločice iz elektroničkog otpada važan su izvor plemenitih metala u recikliranju. Najveći izazov je osloboditi i odvojiti korisnu komponentu; tanki film koji sadrži bakar, cink, kositar, olovo i plemenite metale poput srebra, zlata i paladija od nekorisne komponente; polimera, keramike i staklenih vlakana. U radu su prikazani rezultati separiranja usitnjenih tiskanih pločica iz TV aparati u elektrostatičkom separatoru. Testiranje je provedeno sa materijalom klasa 2/1 i 1/0.5 mm u laboratoriju na uređajima za oplemenjivanje mineralnih sirovina. Rezultati pokazuju utjecaj nezavisnih varijabli; nagiba separacijskog noža, brzine okretanja bubnja i napona na kvalitetu koncentrata i maseno iskorištenje.
