SEPARATE PROBLEMS OF THE USE OF THE SPECIALKNOWLEDGE ARE IN PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION RIOTS

Abstract
Nature and maintenance of the special knowledge are analysed in pre-trial investigation of investigation riots. The problems of the use of the special knowledge are discussed in a judicial and un judicial form. Questions are briefly considered, touching the tasks of some types of the judicial examinations appointed on criminal productions on investigation riots.
