Shadow «autonomous» state as a threat to investment security

Abstract
The subject of research are the theoretical aspects of the study of one of the core elements of the theory of power shadowing – the investment security of the state. The purpose of the study is to determine the content of the reasons for the existence of a historical trend – the contraction of the activity of subjects of investment processes in modern economic development. Methods of research. The work uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, including system, structural, functional, historical, logical, which allowed to provide a conceptual unity of research. Results of the work. The article proves the need to find the reasons for the shadowing of the power of power, to reveal the patterns of shadowing power mechanisms in Ukraine through the existence of a shadowing trend in the origin of the state form. Application of results. The system of sciences from the family of the field of public administration, a wide range of methodological aspects of social and economic sciences on the problems of dysfunctional development of the research object, the investment aspect of the security policy. Conclusions. The main results of the study, their methodological results can be reduced to the following conclusions: 1) the initial megaloproblem of research of the shadowing mechanisms of the functioning of the public system is the problem of shadow power dysfunctions; 2) one of the principal conclusions of the study is the conclusion that when building the system of economic security of the state, its investment component of the most serious attention deserves its appeal to the existence and necessity of dismantling the shadow «autonomous» clan–oligarchic state, which monopolizes the investment resources of the state and the state –powerful resource.
