NO THE HOLMBERG EFFECT FOR GALAXY PAIRS SELECTED FROM THE SDSS DR9 AT Z ≤ 0:06
We studied the Holmberg effect in galaxy pairs selected from the SDSS DR9, where 60561galaxies were limited by redshift 0.02 < z < 0.06 and absolute magnitude: Mr ≤ −20.7 m for central galaxies (N=18578) and Mr > −21.5 m...
INFLUENCE OF SOLAR RETROGRADE MOTION ON TERRESTRIAL PROCESSES
The influence of solar retrograde motion on secular minima of solar activity, volcanic eruptions, climate changes, and other terrestrial processes is investigated. Most collected data suggest that secular minima o...
IONISATION LOSS AND SHOCK EXCITATION OF 4420СА I AND 4420СА II ATOMS IN COLD REMNANTS OF TYPE II SUPERNOVAE
The light emission (“glow”) of cold dusty plasma of the remnant of SN 1987A was confirmed by the Hubble Space Telescope observations on 7th January, 1995. In particular, Ca I and Ca II lines were recorded and identifi...
DETERMINATION OF THE POSITION AND VELOCITY OF THE NATURAL SATELLITE’S SHADOW ON THE ILLUMINATED PART OF THE SPHERICAL PLANET’S VISIBLE DISK
This study introduces a simple analytical method for determination of the rectangular coordinates of the natural satellite’s (or the moon’s) shadow cast on the illuminated part of the spherical planet’s visible disk and...
A TECHNIQUE FOR SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT OF CIRCULAR AND LINEAR POLARIZATION WITH A SINGLE-CHANNEL POLARIMETER
We present a technique for simultaneous measurement of circular and linear polarization with the single-channel polarimeter, that is used in Crimean astrophysical observatory for many years. Methods and a computer progra...
