SiCf/Ti基复合材料的界面反应

Abstract

SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料(SiCf/Ti)在航空航天领域有重要应用前景,但在SiC纤维和基体钛合金之间存在的界面反应,使复合材料的性能受到一定的损害。本文采用透射电镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析SiCf/Ti基复合材料界面反应产物的微观组织结构并对界面反应进行热力学和动力学研究。结果表明,不同的SiCf/Ti基复合材料体系,在界面处生成不同的反应产物,呈多层分布。界面反应受扩散所控制但在不同的复合材料体系中生长速率不相同,界面涂层和基体合金化对减轻界面反应有积极的作用。
