SIGNIFICANCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPAREDNESS OF THE СADRE RESOURCES IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article presents the summary of numerous difficulties through working adaptation process for the new hired specialists derived from situational requirements of working standards. Analytical conclusion also shows the achievement to new working quality due to the innovative human resource management in terms of capacity building and the socio-psychological significance of changing human resources within the social activities. It stops to function only as organizational and administrative process and restructures as a provision of psychological preparedness. Thus the psychological capacity building of human resources requires learning and working situational arrangements based on the following components: adaptation to the working process, professional formation of competitions, working flexible formation of the models towards the certain situation.
