SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES IN DEFINING OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Starting from the fact that each term has its own genesis, and in accordance with the development of a modern society, the present paper discusses the problem of more fully defining the content of the notion of management, in the context of the advancement of scientific thought on the management of contemporary society, by identifying the existence of key elements in the definitions of management by the author different provinces. The identification of the key elements of this categorical concept enables a complete consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the analyzed management definitions. Therefore, the object of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences between the definitions of different authors on management with the possibility of a complete definition of the content of this term, as one of the key categorical concepts for the further development of scientific thought in the field of management. On the other hand, the subject of work includes a period from the emergence of management as a scientific discipline to the present day. In addition to introductory and concluding remarks, the subject of work includes the development of management theory and conceptual determination (content and substance) of management.
