Simulation and Computer Modeling and Justification of Differentiated Approach to Osteosynthesis for Fractures of Lateral Tibial Condyle
Journal Title: Біль. Суглоби. Хребет - Year 2014, Vol 3, Issue 15
Abstract
We have developed a differentiated approach to the osteosynthesis for fractures of lateral tibial condyle on the basis of simulation and computer modeling, the theory of strength and limits of the potential energy of destruction of fixation device materials and bone tissue of fragments.

The Role of Sonographic Examination of the Inferior Vena Cava in the Diagnosis of Pseudoclaudication in Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
In 63 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, it was defined the relationship of sonographic parameters of the inferior vena cava and pseudoclaudication. Evaluated fluctuating data of volumetric blood flow rate driven by p...
Rheological Properties of Blood Serum in Metabolic Syndrome in Patients with Osteoarthritis
Integral rheological properties of the blood serum in patients with osteoarthritis depend on the presence of all components of the metabolic syndrome (primarily on the parameters of insulinemia, the severity of insulin r...
Features of functional activity indices and risk of osteoporotic fractures in patients with femoral and tibial fractures (results of 12-month observation)
Background. Nowadays, the lower limb fractures amount to from one third to half of all fractures, resulting in the increased incidence of morbidity and mortality. The incidence of complications after these fractures rema...

Significance of Plain Radiography of the Pelvis for the Diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis in Clinical Practice
Diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis is based on characteristic clinical picture of the disease and mandatory identification of sacroiliitis on pelvis X-ray. However, case reports of the radiographic stages of sacroiliac...
