Abstract
Application of Volterra-series Pikarra allowed to develop an appropriate model in a nonlinear radar avionics research object mathematical model that allows to evaluate the impact of nonlinear radar on the formation and dispersal of unmasking the signal. The model also allows to take into account the physics of processes in a semiconductor when subjected to a powerful microwave-radiation.
