СИНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕЛЬ РАЗВИТИЯ СВЕКЛОСАХАРНОГО КЛАСТЕРНОГО ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ

Abstract

Synergetic model of the development of sugar beet cluster formation There has been presented the developed synergetic model of sugar beet cluster formation on the basis of cooperation, integration and coordination of joint activities of the subjects in the article. The authors consider that the dominant scientific idea in the direction of improving the strategic management of the Russian sugar beet subcomplex, the disclosure of the foundations of the synergistic approach is to use the concept of synergy or synergistic effect. Synergy of the Russian Federation sugar beet subcomplex AIC as the system is the result of the mechanism of interaction of all its subsystems: the elite of beet seed, sugar beet seed, part of sugar beet seeds, sugar beet, sugar production and sale of sugar, based on the use of sustainable competitive advantages, the disclosure of strategic opportunities and creating a close connection of the subjects of beet seed and sugar beet processes in the subcomplex. Getting synergies in the Russian sugar beet subcomplex of agrarian and industrial complex it is possible with the development of an integrated manufacturing joint venture entities on the basis of the formation of agro-industrial associations holding type and creating sugar beet cluster formations. It is imperative that synergies and a close correlation of individual production processes within an integrated reproductive chain sugar beet subcomplex. The necessary mechanism for stimulating relations between the participants of the cluster formation is the balance of the interests of sugar beet and sugar seed farms with processors of raw materials on the basis of long-term contractual relationships and the definition of guaranteed prices for the physical weight of harvested raw materials, which contributes to the mutual interest in the final results of production. Creating sugar beet cluster formation, according to the authors, will help to achieve synergies and intra-system synergies. Formation of sugar beet cluster formations will be the catalyst for the development of industrial processes sub with high added value and provide increased economic and synergetic efficiency of its functioning.
