Single issues extension of the property lease agreement for a new term

Abstract
In this paper, a study of temporal factors of property lease (lease) agreement. Analyzed the effects of the expiry of the agreement. Considered in their relationship are two separate ways of extending the contractual relationship to a new term – the implementation of pre-emptive right of the tenant to sign a new contract and the landlord’s objection to the continuation of the use of property of the tenant. Defined time criteria of the relevant authority in the implementation of these options. On the basis of assessment of the reality of the concrete material relations given the critical characteristics of the rule of Article 764 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Proposals to improve existing legislation.
