Single treasury account: the liquidity assessment

Abstract
The issues of the functioning of single treasury account (STA) opened in National Bank of Ukraine are defined in the article. The necessity of conducting the ration analysis of treasury transactions are substantiated. The liquidity ratios and formulas for their calculation are determined. The form of balance of treasury transactions that will enhance the quality of data for the STA liquidity assessment is suggested.
