Siofor Efficacy in Treatment of Patients with Obesity and Hyperinsulinism on the Prediabetes Stage

Abstract
The efficacy of Siofor for patients with constitutional and diet-induced obesity and hyperinsulinism has been analyzed. This medication in effective dose was found to have positive effect on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism that delays diabetes mellitus manifestation. It has been proved that adequate physical activity and correction of nutrition under the using Siofor lead to reduction of body weight in average 2.5–3.5 kg/month in patients with constitutional and diet-induced obesity.
