Abstract
В обзоре представлена эволюция системы общественного здоровья и тенденции развития системы общественного здоровья в мире. Показаны этапы формирования обновленной концепции, принципы организации общественного здоровья и роли различных организаций в связи с развитием глобальной стратегии «Здоровье для всех». Эффективно функционирующая система общественного здоровья – это, прежде всего, результат мультисекторального взаимодействия. Целью современной системы общественного здоровья является обеспечение условий, когда все группы населения имеют доступ к соответствующей и экономически эффективной медицинской помощи, в том числе по укреплению здоровья и профилактике болезней.
