Системні інновації як основа стратегічного управління господарською діяльністю високотехнологічних підприємств

Abstract
This article reflects theoretical aspects of systemic innovations as an integral element of innovative activities in strategic management of high-tech enterprises of the space industry of Ukraine. Peculiarities of systemic innovations essence improved in the result of innovative activities in complete interrelation with specifics of high-technology enterprises of the industry are characterized in the article. Features of a high-technology enterprise are identified. Phases of systemic innovations introduction into strategic management of high-technology enterprises are developed. An objective of the study is improvement of theory and methodology of strategic management of systemic innovations of the space industry enterprises taking into consideration specifics of space technologies development, creation of an end-product and operation of high-tech enterprises in the international space market. The authors specify essence of the notions of innovations strategic management, explore their expansion that requires theoretical fundamentals of selecting sequences, mechanisms, new models and procedures of introduction into production and business activity of high-tech enterprises of the space industry. Innovations cover all areas of enterprises activity influencing a closely correlated lifecycle of a product manufacturing and require application in different phases of a lifecycle simultaneously. With that any innovative project has its own lifecycle. In the result of the performed analysis of the existing general technologies classifications, the authors identified peculiarities of innovative technologies application inherent in high-tech enterprises of the space industry. From the authors’ standpoint, management of innovations should be considered as a long-term and uninterrupted managerial process of organizational influence on innovations diffusion into high-technology area in accordance with the world trends, current business climate of the world space markets, unique technologies and services. The authors developed phases of systemic innovations introduction into management of high-technology enterprises’ economic activity. The proposed phases are based on the advanced information technologies, application of strategic designing approach (business designing) in management, creation of economic, social-psychological conditions for revealing intellectual capabilities and creative potential of personnel for work performance. The article considers extension of sources of financing centers of specific innovative activity, interaction of applied and fundamental research institutions. The article identifies directions of communication links with foreign partners and leading space agencies of the world. Lifecycle of high technologies creation in considered in the article as a process of creating sophisticated and unique products competitive in the world space market.
