SITUATIONAL AND CULTURAL CONTEXTS OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT IN ENGLAND

Abstract
The article deals with the research on situational and cultural context of the Last Will and Testament writing in England. The main features of the both types of contexts and their communication role in the situation of bequest are analysed. The set of postulates which reveal the suggested interpretation of the situational and cultural contexts based on the materials of the English legal tradition are proposed.
