Abstract
Na podstawie przeglądu aktualnego piśmiennictwa przedstawiono w pracy obecny stan wiedzy na temat skuteczności uzdrowiskowego leczenia choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów. Prezentowane prace przeanalizowano pod względem ich referencyjności naukowej i zgodności z zasadami Evidence-Based Medicine. Analizy dokonano na podstawie podanych przez Sacketta zasad określających tzw. poziomy wiarygodności naukowej.
