Skutki kryzysu gospodarczego lat 2007-2009 dla sfery realnej polskiej gospodarki na tle Unii Europejskiej

Abstract
Celem badań było przedstawienie skutków kryzysu gospodarczego lat 2007-2009 dla sfery realnej polskiej gospodarki i zestawienie ich ze zmianami, którym podlegała gospodarka UE w tym okresie. Autorzy skupili się na wybranych obszarach sfery realnej polskiej gospodarki. Analizie poddane zostały wybrane wskaźniki obrazujące zmiany na rynku dóbr i usług oraz rynku pracy – PKB wraz z głównymi jego komponentami oraz aktywność zawodowa, liczba pracujących i bezrobotnych. Analizy były ukierunkowane na wyodrębnienie koniunkturalnych oraz strukturalnych skutków kryzysu, a więc zmian krótkookresowych (cyklicznych), długookresowych, w tym głównie produkcji potencjalnej, jak i bezrobocia naturalnego, a także zmian struktury PKB i rynku pracy na tle kryzysu. Skutki te zostały porównane do tych, jakim podlegała polska gospodarka w okresie poprzedniej dekoniunktury lat 2000-2001, jak i do sytuacji innych krajów UE w dobie kryzysu lat 2007-2009. W artykule korzystano z danych Eurostat oraz GUS. Głównym wnioskiem z analiz jest to, że echa kryzysu będą w 2011 r. w znacznym stopniu wpływać na sytuację gospodarczą Polski. Jest to m.in. wynikiem opóźnionych zmian konsumpcji i inwestycji oraz sytuacji na rynku pracy. Polska bez wątpienia znacznie lepiej wypada na tle UE pod względem wpływu kryzysu na długookresowy wzrost. Unia Europejska, według wykonanych analiz, dotarła do poziomu zerowego wzrostu gospodarczego w długim okresie, a zwiększenie jego tempa może nie nastąpić szybko.
