Сlassification of road accidents

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues related to the state of research on the classification of accidents. Specificity investigate crimes against traffic safety and operation of transport lies in the fact that the information space, which is investigating, is not limited solely criminal action and criminal procedure law. We consider the classification of the accident from various points of view, which is embodied in the works of Ukrainian and foreign forensic relating to certain methods of investigation and other problems of road accidents.
