Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано проблеми розвитку та становлення фондового ринку як складової фінансового ринку України. Обґрунтовано шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності фондового ринку, до яких віднесено вдосконалення законодавчої бази, податкове стимулювання учасників ринку, ефективне регулювання ринкового механізму, виходячи з пріоритетних напрямків розвитку фондового ринку
