Abstract
The main factors and potential of efficient functioning of small and medium entrepreneurship (SME) are discussed in current article. Financial resources and sources of funding for SMEs in RA are viewed in the article. The programs of supporting SMEs in the sphere of financial stimulating and funding are described here too.
