Smart Human Resource Information System 

Abstract

Traditional office administration work is headache for office employee. Smart HRIS will provide user friendly working environment, the system can also be used in LAN that multiple desks operate on same data. Traditional system is not secure as any other than office employee can access the secure information. HRIS will provide security that the system user must go through the proper authentication process. This paper provides a method by which any Organization maintains analyses and reports information of Employees. This paper serves as a guide to recruiters, trainers, career planners, development, management & other human resource development activity.
