SMM VALUE FOR BUSINESS (AT THE EXAMPLE OF PJSC “MOHYLIV-PODILSKY GARMENT FACTORY “ALICE”)

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept of “marketing in social networks” and identifies the main tasks of SMM. The relevance of the development of marketing activity is described on the example of PJSC “Mogilev-Podolsky garment factory” Alice” in order to increase the level of loyalty, recognition and increase of sales volumes. In addition, the SMM elements are analyzed in detail, taking into account the features of the outerwear segment, namely: account creation, target audience identification, creation of high-quality content, contests and drawings of various character, launch of the feedback system and detailed monitoring and analysis of the results. Integrated promotion with the help of additional automation of the site with the creation of an online store of the factory is taken into account.
