سواد سلامت در جامعه شهری و روستایی بهبهان

Abstract
مقدمه و هدف: سواد سلامت ظرفیت کسب، پردازش و درک اطلاعات اساسی و خدمات ضروری برای تصمیم گیر یهای مناسب در زمینه سلامت است و عنصری مهم در توانایی یک فرد برای شرکت در فعالیت های ارتقای سلامت محسوب می شود. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان سواد سلامت در جامعه شهرستان بهبهان انجام شد. روش کار: در مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر 794 نفر از افراد باسواد 17 ساله و بالاتر به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. شایان ذکر است که برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه سواد سلامت ایرانیان استفاده گردید. یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سن افراد مورد مطالعه 21 / 14 ± 2/ 40 به دست آمد. باید عنوان نمود که حدود 53 درصد از افراد مورد مطالعه مرد و مابقی زن بودند. همچنین، 5/ 32 درصد از افراد شرکت کننده دیپلم و 6/ 18 درصد دارای مدرک کارشناسی بودند. میانگین سواد سلامت کل جامعه شهری و روستایی نیز معادل 22 / 70 ب هدست آمد. شایان ذکر است که اختلاف معنا داری میان دو جامعه شهری و روستایی مشاهده نشد 05 / P>0 نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان دادند که به طور کلی میزان سواد سلامت در شهرستان بهبهان مطلوب می باشد؛ اما با توجه به پایی نبودن سواد سلامت در زنان، گرو ههای سنی سالمند و میانسال و ساکنان روستا ضرورت دارد که کارکنان بهداشتی از روش های مؤثرتری به منظور انتقال اطلاعات به این افراد استفاده نمایند.
