SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF GRADUATES OF RESIDENTIAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE: MECHANISMS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM

Abstract
The article highlights the necessity of complex reformation of the state system of children’s rights protec- tion in order to provide equal opportunities for personal and professional development; the basic principles of social policy of Ukraine concerning problems of social adaptation of graduates of residential institutions are underlined; the main stages of the technological algorithm of social work with orphans and children deprived of parental care are determined; the system of social support as an effective method of work of social workers in the direction of providing social services for social adaptation is characterized; the effectiveness of the use of interactive teaching methods and organization of training sessions for the full reintegration of the young person into society is researched.
