SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF GOVERNMENT IDEAS Of OUN(B) in the 40’s and 50’s of the 20th century

Abstract
The basic principles of the socio-economic sphere of the future Ukrainian state based on the materials of the program documents and theoretical and journalistic works of the OUN(B) figures are analyzed in the article. The main purpose of the OUN(B) that is the proclamation of the Ukrainian congregational state, which had to solve social and economic problems, is being traced back. The state had to stay behind strategically important sectors of the economy and the social sphere, not allowing a sharp property differentiation and arbitrariness of bureaucracy. The vision of the organization of Ukrainians’ future form of life and socio-political position of Ukrainian society is substantiated. The transformation of the social and economic system should be based on the basic ideological principles of the OUN(B). The importance of unity of national and social liberation of the people is noted. It is shown that along with state interests the social cravings of the Ukrainian society were considered. It is determined that the prob-lem of personality and man’s economic freedom took the central place in the social policy of the organization. The system of social protection of the population in the future state is displayed, namely, the inadmissibility of human exploitation, social insurance, provision of pensions and labor protection. The importance of the state in the economic sphere is pointed out and the peculiarities of attitude to labor and problems of employment of citizens are emphasized, the specific right to ownership was offered in that period. In the system of economic development the important place was given to the need for state intervention in the management of enterprises, market economies and agrarian issues.
