SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL OF YOUTH OF UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article outlines the key socioeconomic conditions for the implementation of their leadership potential from the point of view of the youth of the united territorial communities of Ukraine, namely: employment at the place of residence; proper living and living conditions; availability of high-quality social services (medical, educational, cultural, etc.). Opportunities for creation of these ways by coordination of activity of the main subjects of management of territorial communities are considered: public authorities, local self-government, population, public sector and business.
