Social and legal preconditions for the criminal liability of legal entities

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to determination of the social and legal preconditions for criminal liability of legal entities. The article highlights the thoughts of domestic and foreign scientists about the criminal liability of legal entities. The author indicates the necessity of conducting scholarly research of the institution of criminal-legal measures for legal entities.
